2015 talk video

Jackie Lynton is bringing change to the NHS. She believes in working through the disruptive power of connection rather than hierarchy. At Meaning 2015, Jackie shared how to help people think differently about change, in ways that make sense to their own lives.

Jackie is the architect behind the development of the largest simultaneous improvement initiative across the NHS: ‘NHS Change Day’ – a grassroots movement making over 800,000 pledges to improve patient care. It has been described as a game changer and has spread to over 10 countries.
